at 9:00am-2:00pm CST
If you will be arriving after that time, please make arrangements to stay at a nearby hotel until the next available check-in time.
After you submit your registration form, a staff member will contact you with an assigned check-in date.
During check-in, you will:
- Attend orientation
- Tour the facilities
- Pay your registration fees
- Have travel documents processed
- Receive your bunk assignment
